The following are the policies in place at the studio, if you have any questions regarding these policies prior to your appointment, please feel free to reach out!

  • Appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice from the start of the service will be subject to a 50% charge of the total price of the appointment.
  • No Call/No Shows will be charged the cancellation fee and will not be able to book future appointments.
  • If there is no card on file for the cancellation fee to be processed, clients will be blocked from booking future appointments until the fee is paid in full.
  • All additional, missed, or rescheduled PMU touch-up appointments that are 11-15 weeks past the initial appointment (6-10 weeks touch-ups are included for free) will have a $50 service fee. Anything past 16 weeks will be considered a maintenance appointment.
  • If you have had previous work done on your brows (such as previous microblading or tattooing) you MUST schedule a consultation appointment first. If you do not schedule a consult and come to your microblading appointment with previous work done and we cannot perform the service–then the cancellation fee will apply.
  • There is a full list that is emailed out to clients stating what would make them ineligible to receive microblading–if you do not review this list or reach out regarding questions and come to your appointment and we cannot perform the service, the cancellation fee will apply.
  • Microblading Maintenance and Touch-Up Appointments are ONLY offered to clients who received their initial microblading service at Beauty & the Brow
  • For all Lash Appointments you must arrive with makeup-free and clean lashes or you may be subject to a $10 Lash Bath fee.
  • There are no kids or additional guests allowed in the studio without requesting permission first. If you bring a child or additional guest without asking and we then need to reschedule your appointment, the cancellation fee will be charged.
  • If a client books multiple services to be done in the same appointment and then decides to not do any one of the services, that is considered to be a same day cancellation without 24 hours notice and a fee for the cancelled service will apply.
  • There are no refunds on products that have been opened or used. If a product is unopened, you may bring it back to be exchanged or returned.
  • Gift cards expire 1 year from the purchase and there are no refunds or cash back given.
